We start by taking the quiz to determine what program best suits your individual needs, and enroll you into one of our many systems that will be automated to update monthly with a new and up to date hand made program, written by an experienced trainer to most optimally reach your goal. included with this is access to our in depth nutrition tracker and goal evaluator, habit tracker and a community hub for likeminded individuals also subscribed to your goals. with challenges and community updates, as well as direct messaging with me your trainer.
For clients with specific short term goals, like getting into shape before boot camp or a specific performance oriented goal, running a marathon, competing in a combat tournament or even a reset fat loss system, my pre crafted programs built for 3 month long goals are perfect for anybody not interested in long term fitness, but reaching a specific goal for a specified timeframe. These programs are one time purchases you gain access to for life and can be accessed in the Tempered Fitness app or as downloadable PDF's.
